Florentin's Family

Florentin is one of the pastors on rotation at a local church in Buena Vista.  In fact, we first met him when he preached at the funeral of one of our dear friends Esbin.

When we visited their home for the first time, we were amazed at how many people lived under the same roof.  They were in great need of more space.  At least 12 people were crammed into 2 small rooms.  

Since then, we have gotten to know their family better.  One of Florentin's grandkids, Guicho, is a member of the BVSA Rhinos.  Thanks to a combo-sponsorship from Savannah Christian Church and our friend Bryan Zucher from Lake City, FL, we were finally able to bring the news to this huge family that we would be building them a new home!
