Welcome to our site!

We moved to Guatemala in August of 2008, and began working in a small rural village in the mountains. Eventually the Lord led us to start Buena Vista Sports Academy (BVSA), a ministry to boys and young men, committed to SHARING the gospel, TEACHING the Bible, and DISCIPLING those who come to faith in Christ. The game of soccer allows for unique access into tough places around the world.  

We are currently in Quiché, Guatemala, planting another Academy as well as a Bible Institute which will focus on Biblical studies, pastor and missionary training, and church planting.  Learn more at www.QuicheProject.com.
