Anthony & Denae

No strangers to Guatemala, Anthony & Denae are now committing a full year to serving here through the efforts of dSg and BVSA.  They have been on many one-week trips over the past 3 years, and recently responded to God's call to take a greater step of faith.

Anthony & Denae lead a college ministry at the University of North Florida, called Converge on Campus, and have brought several teams of students to Guatemala over the years.  They are known for their "gather & go" approach to ministry - teaching the students that the church of Jesus is commanded to be a community of action.  So for each "gathering" they have, thehave a "go" where they serve the poor, elderly, and needy of the Jacksonville area as well as Guatemala.

We are super excited - and blessed - to have Anthony and Denea join us in Guatemala.  They will assist with the Buena Vista Sports Academy, hosting mission teams, and daily love and assistance however needed.
